Yes, you can reschedule your workshop date once within six months of the original purchase date. A $100 transfer fee applies. Please note that transfer requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop date are not accepted, except in cases of travel-related issues or illnesses.
If an event is canceled, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days. If an event is postponed, registrations will transfer to the next available date. Please note that there are no refunds for workshop purchases.
