All Scaling Workshop events are held on-site on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Melbourne and bonus locations. 

No, the purchase of your Masterverse Next Level Workshop ticket includes access to the event only. While we provide refreshments and optional breakfast and lunch each day, all other meals, transportation, and accommodation are not included. We recommend utilising rideshare options to reach the Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Yes, we provide a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments each day of the Next Level Workshop. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact our team at [email protected]. 

Doors open at 8:00 a.m., with sessions running from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. AEST. On Day One, our venue will close at 6:30 p.m. We kindly request all attendees to plan their rides or exit the building by this time to allow our team to prepare the space for the next day.

In the weeks leading up to your Next Level Workshop date, you can expect to receive a specialised Mastervse pre-work packet designed to help you prepare for the workshop. If you have not received a welcome email, please reach out to the Workshop Concierge Team at [email protected]. 

Each day will vary, but the overall event will consist of speakers, Q&A sessions, roundtables, workbook activities, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. The workshop is tailored to ensure you are provided with the tools and skills to aggressively grow your business. 

The workshop features the team that is actively working with our clients, including Dion and Sim Monkivitch, as well as special guests. Additionally, you can look forward to breakout sessions with Masterverse subject matter experts to ensure all your questions are answered before you leave.

We recommend that attendees bring an open mind and an eagerness to learn. The Masterverse team will provide pens, a Next Level Workshop workbook, and name tags for easy networking. You are welcome to bring your own writing materials (however we will provide). note we do not allow laptops or cellphones in the workshop event space to create an intimate environment optimised for learning.

Yes, you can reschedule your workshop date once within six months of the original purchase date. A $100 transfer fee applies. Please note that transfer requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop date are not accepted, except in cases of travel-related issues or illnesses. 

If an event is canceled, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days. If an event is postponed, registrations will transfer to the next available date. Please note that there are no refunds for workshop purchases. 

Yes, you can transfer your workshop ticket to another individual. Please contact the Workshop Concierge Team at [email protected] for assistance. 

Yes, there is a Participant Conduct section in the Terms and Conditions. To provide the best experience for all attendees, participant conduct is strictly enforced. 

Business casual attire is recommended. It's advisable to avoid flashy or distracting clothing to maintain focus during the workshop. 

The investment for the The VIP Masterverse Family is $10,000 per year. This pricing allows Masterverse to devote ample resources to ensure attendees receive substantial value from the workshop.
